Delivery
Local delivery is available in Rhode Island. Fees may apply. For East Providence, Providence, and Pawtucket, the delivery fee is free if the order is over $100. If under $100, a $7.99 fee applies. For all other towns the delivery fee is $15. The delivery must be accepted by someone 21 years of age or older with proper ID. Signature is required.
For large wedding/catering orders, additional fees may apply.
Our Shipping Policy
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Town Wine and Spirits to the purchaser in the State of Rhode Island and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping from Rhode Island to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Town Wine and Spirits is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Town Wine and Spirits, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
Our prices do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax (where applicable). Our products are packaged in approved shippers. Street addresses and phone numbers are required for all shipments, and confirmations will be sent via email. If you reside in a state that does not allow delivery please call us or email us at wine@townwineri.com. We will monitor weather in your area and ship only when both parties are comfortable with conditions. TW&S will hold paid orders for future delivery upon request.
Town Wine and Spirits will endeavor to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt of your order. All local deliveries will be verified via email or phone to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Orders will be shipped via Fedex ground unless alternative shipping arrangements have been made. All shipments required adult signature. All our rates are for Fedex ground shipment. If you need other options please contact the store directly.
We reserve the right to cancel any on-line order.
Return Policy
We will accept the return of flawed or damaged products provided they were purchased from Town Wine and Spirits within the last 12 months Transportation and or other costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
