Paetra Pinot Blanc 2019

Ameal Loureiro 2019

With ripe citrus skin, lemon blossom, and green grass on the nose, this wine is like standing in a lemon grove on a warm afternoon. The palate is fresh and crisp, but there’s a mineral density present that gives serious structure to this otherwise fun-loving wine.

Chateau L'orangerie Bordeaux Rogue 2018

Moderately dense garnet with purple. Very appealing, clean and youthful aroma of healthy, mature dark cherry and damson plum with faint spice notes. The wine is round, supple and medium bodied and imparts a soft final impression with the barest touch of tannin.

Yalumba Y Series Shiraz Viognier 2018
Winery's Notes: "An exotic turkish delight twist on Australia's favourite grape variety. The Y Series Shiraz Viognier will intrigue the curious palate with its pretty and exotic aromatics.

The grapes selected for this wine display perfumed and aromatic characteristics of Shiraz that complement the fragrance of Viognier. Everything is done to preserve this aroma: cool fermentation, the addition of Viognier (including as many whole berries as possible) and no oak ageing. These combine to produce a wine that is bright, aromatic and exotic.

Bright crimson in colour, with luscious and exotic aromas of Turkish delight, red cherries, boysenberry and hints of white pepper and violets. A full bodied palate that is framed by flavours of sweet Turkish delight, cherries and boysenberry. Pleasing velvety tannins provide a perfect complement to the cherry ripe finish which shows the synergy between the Shiraz and Viognier."

Professional Press: "Plump blackberry and blueberry flavors show nice purity, with details of blood orange, candied cherry and dark chocolate, set on a thick frame. Shiraz and Viognier. Drink now through 2030."

Yalumba Y Series Viognier 2019
Winery's Notes: "This award-winning Viognier is on the fresher, lighter end of the Viognier spectrum. It shows all the unique characteristics of this exotic variety, without being too rich on the palate.

After harvest the Viognier grapes were gently pressed and the juices handled with controlled oxidation. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks utilising the naturally occurring indigenous vineyard yeasts. The indigenous yeasts create layers of flavour, complexity and richness. After fermentation, the wine remained on lees for three months, adding creaminess and palate richness.

Bright straw in colour with green hues. There are lovely aromas of orange blossom, fresh ginger, hints of honeysuckle and white flowers. The palate has fresh pineapple, Chinese white tea and dried figs leading to a creamy mid palate with a silky, textural finish. The wild fermentation and lees ageing gives the wine an extra level of complexity on the palate that belies its age. Drinks perfectly with harissa chicken or crispy rice pancakes with potato and chickpeas."

Professional Press: "Generous and fragrant, with orange blossom, melon, pear and ripe peach flavors that are succulent, refined and very refreshing, finishing with a touch of fresh chamomile. Drink now."
